Georgia District K-Kids
2010-2011 Goals
· Establish a Georgia District K-Kids Committee to assist in establishing the direction and policy formulation for K-Kids programs in the Georgia District, including K-Kids Clubs, Bringing Up Grades (BUG) and Terrific Kids.
· Increase the number of K-Kids clubs at a rate of one per month over the next two years. This rate of growth will act to continue the progressive growth shown in the recent past. During the past five years, the number of K-Kids clubs in the Georgia District has increased by 50 percent!
· Implement communications with K-Kids clubs using e-mail, blog, Face Book and/or Twitter as appropriate to strengthen the ties among K-Kids, BUG and Terrific Kids programs.
· Promote K-Kids contests by encouraging each club to submit at least one entry for the contests.
· Search for and implement a K-Kids business sponsorship that is available throughout the district to establish and strengthen local programs.

2009 Woodbine Elementary K-Kids
K-Kids is the youngest and fastest growing service organization for elementary students worldwide. These clubs are ideally suited for students in grades 1 through 5 (ages 6 to 12).
K-Kids is a "student-led" community-service organization, which operates under school regulations and draws its members from the student body.
K-Kids is unique because it's sponsored by a local Kiwanis club, composed of leading business and professional people of the community. Use these links to learn more about Terrific Kids and the BUG Program, or use the logo links at the bottom of this page.
